# Best 60s clip from a long video

Extract the strongest one-minute segment from a long recording.

## Steps
1. Transcribe the full video with whisper.
2. Score each 60s window on: hook strength of the first sentence, information density, and a complete thought at the end. Pick the top window.
3. Cut with ffmpeg at the nearest sentence boundaries.
4. Crop to 9:16 with a centered crop, or face-tracking crop if a face is detected.
5. Add word captions (see the captions skill on this site).

## Verify
- The clip must start mid-hook, not mid-sentence.
- Audio must not cut off a word at either end.
