# Wedding highlight reel

Assemble a 3 minute highlight reel from a full wedding shoot.

## Steps
1. Scan all clips, classify scenes by audio and visual cues: prep, ceremony, speeches, party.
2. Transcribe speeches with whisper. Pick the 2 most emotional moments by sentiment.
3. Structure: 20s prep, 40s ceremony (including vows audio over b-roll), 60s speeches over reception b-roll, 60s party montage.
4. Sync party montage cuts to music beats.
5. Assemble in Premiere via UXP scripting, add 12 frame cross dissolves between sections only.

## Verify
- Vow audio must be clearly audible over the music bed (music ducked to -20 dB).
- Total runtime 3:00 within 5 seconds.
